This is my first visit to MB Liverpool,(as i have had my S500 serviced at other local independence specialists and had nothing but trouble with them) and i must say the level of professionalism and clarity to the work needed was fantastic, much cheaper than the dealers and i also had a courtesy car for the day AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!.. well done MB Liverpool No1 in my book. See you next service.
Chose MB for my SLK over dealer and other specialists due to their price, professionalism and workshop cleanliness.
I needed a major service and an oil leak sorting which was completed to my satisfaction saving me £300 on dealer prices.

First time using MB, a very professional and informative service at a fraction of the price of a main dealer. I got an MOT, Service, Parking Sensors fitted and Wheel alignment. Returned my car the same day fully cleaned inside and out. Very impressed!

Took my car in for a service and MOT recently and was very impressed with the speed, service and professionalism. (The price was not as painful as I expected either) Would highly recommend them, they did a great job and were very efficient and informative.
It's also nice to be greeted by someone pleasant and polite for a change.
A well deserved 5 stars for customer service.

I have been taking my wife's smart car to MB Liverpool for a number of years and would not take it anywhere else.highly recommended.

C Service time....
Took the car for it's C service as required by the schedule reminder on the instrument panel.
It needed the usual - Oil Filter , Oil ( Petronas syntium 5W 30 - the brand used by the F1 team ) , Screen Wash , Air Filter , Fuel Filter , Brake Fluid Change .
Also advised by the workshop - Replace turbo seal , Replace O/S/F ball joint & replace both rear coil springs.
The mechanic said the springs are coated in a plastic seal which when broken down over time will collect moisture which drips down to the bottom of the spring & collects there causing corrosion.
All the work was done & the car washed and vaccumed & I am very pleased with the overall result. The only downside is of course that my wallet now feels a lot lighter than yesterday although I suspect Main Dealer prices would have been a lot dearer !

I was quoted by BMW £590 for full service and vehicle check. MB-liverpool did for £295, picked up my car from my home address and returned it at the end of the day. Great job done very professionally!
